Portland Shibari with Jonathan & Sappho
Shibari in Portland, Oregon
Portland Shibari Lessons, Shibari Workshops, Rope Jams, and Shibari Photoshoots all happen at the Portland Shibari Salon, a beautiful private space located in the Southwest Hills area.
We are an inclusive and consent-forward rope space that features a large, spacious area with room for 14 tying pairs for floor tying as well as 8 suspension points, several bamboo for suspension, and a hashira (suspension pillar).
Jonathan Ryan (Seattle Shibari) is the teacher/rope artist in residence for the Portland Shibari Salon, and is ably assisted by Sappho. Jonathan is available for private shibari lessons in Portland, and regularly teaches Shibari workshops in Portland at the Salon.
